I have really been in to skincare lately and have been completely on top of my routine so I thought I would add a little something special into it. I have always wanted to try nose strips but after browsing my local boots I could only find pore strips. I think these are pretty much just the same as the nose strips except they are a bit harder to mould to the shape of your nose.
I decided I would try out Boots own tea tree and witch hazel pore strips. They are very inexpensive and the packaging is pretty basic. However I thought that they should still do the job and clear up my skin when I needed a more extensive cleanse.
Once you get the strips out of the box they are each individually wrapped in a packet. All you have to do is open up the packet, peel the strip away from the clear sheet of plastic and place it anywhere on your face that needs a deep cleanse. I decided, although these aren't nose strips, to stick it over the bridge of my nose. All you need to do before applying the strips is to wash your face with water and dry it gently with a towel.
Please excuse my no make-up face but the strips require your skin to be free of make-up and any other products. As you can see the strip stuck over my nose just fine despite being a facial strip. I left it on as the instructions stated for 15 minuets.
The strip came off very easily and to my surprise painlessly! Yay! Once the strip was removed I did feel like my nose felt super smooth and well free of dirt and oils. However if you are looking for a intense treatment for spots/blemishes/discolouration then this is not the product for that. But it does leave you feeling squeaky clean!
